Contacting the IT Help Desk Over the Holidays

2019 is almost over! As we take those remaining vacation days or prepare for the holidays, the IT help desk is standing by to answer questions and resolve issues related to IT systems. Please refer to the table below to see the availability for various regions.

Planning on logging in from home to do some work? Make sure you’ve set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) before you leave! You’ll be prompted to use MFA when connecting to XYZ’s systems from outside the office, and MFA can only be configured while on site. Ensure a smooth experience by calling the IT help desk now and asking for help setting up MFA.
